Golden Bear is a Hit with Children and Animals!
Golden Bear are delighted to be the Master Toy and Gift Licensee for Shaun the Sheep.The famous sheep, created by renowned animators Aardman, returned to the public eye in March 2007 to star in his very own TV show.
The popular programme is the first ever series created especially for children by Nick Park, the BAFTA award winning animator. As well as Shaun the Sheep, the programme, which is set on a farm, features a whole host of other new characters.

As would be expected of Golden Bear, a fantastic new product range has been launched and the first phase will be available in Spring/Summer 2007. The product line up will include a Shivering Shaun that bleats – pull his tail to make him shiver! - a Wind up Walking Shaun as well as a superb Shaun the Sheep Shoulder Bag.
Further additions will be added to the collection during Autumn/Winter 2007.
Dancing Shaun sings and dances while Nodding Shaun will make you smile. Pat his head to see him nod then wag his tail!
If you love music you’ll love Golden Bear’s magical Music Scene Shaun. Plug your ipod/MP3 player into Shaun and watch the coloured lights dance on his earphones as your music plays – he’s soft and cuddly too!
Appealing to children and adults alike, the products reflect Shaun’s quirky and humorous character and will create a whole new ‘flock’ of Shaun the Sheep fans.
Golden Bear is the Master Toy Licensee for Charlie and Lola, the award winning pre-school CBeebies animated series that children love. With consistently high TV ratings and ongoing programming throughout 2007, Golden Bear’s exciting new Charlie and Lola collection perfectly replicates the imaginative and fun-loving characters.
Three new products have already been launched by Golden Bear. The Charlie and Lola Poseable Talking dolls are available as a pair and have cute phrases that enable children to role-play with the characters. Giggling Charlie & Giggling Lola have been introduced in a CDU as well as Charlie & Lola Fun Felts. Children can create their very own scenes on the board provided, choosing from a park or a kitchen.
The collection will be further extended in Autumn/Winter 2007 with the launch of Daytime and Nightime Lola, which features a large Lola with removable clothing. Her reversible daytime dress, which she wears with shoes and socks, becomes her nightime pyjama top and is completed with pyjama bottoms and slippers. Other accessories include her famous pink milk as well as toothbrush and toothpaste. Squeeze her to hear some of her well-known phrases such as ‘I will not ever NEVER eat a tomato!’
Also, new for 2007 is the Teaching Clock, featuring magnetic icons and phrases to teach children to tell the time, the Make and Play Card Playset which features famous animals and characters from the programme and an Incentive Chart which encourages children to reach for their goals by good behaviour. It includes a wipe-clean magnetic board, pen and sponge board wiper, and by using the magnetic reward icons, children can keep track of their achievements.
