If you receive a faulty or damaged item, an incorrect order or you are dissatisfied in anyway with your items please return it to us within 5 days to receive a refund. Our returns policy and refund policy will inform you how to proceed in this instance. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We understand that toys can be broken when they are played with and parts may need to be replaced.
